This is a list of WSRF / WSN Implementations.

Apache "Hermes" Project

adresses WSN
implementation planned, no releases yet.

http://www.ivs.tu-berlin.de/Lischke/blog/ (according to this, Hermes will be an integrated implementation of WS-Notification and WS-Eventing)

Globus Toolkit

implementation of WSN so far: WS-BaseNotification and WS-Topics (missing: WS-BrokeredNotification)

IBM Emerging Technologies Toolkit

contains implementation of WSRF and WSN.
seems to depend on IBM Application Server, to few supported OSs.
uncertain about license.
has to be further investigated.
