BioPipe

BioPipe is one of a series of related packages for carrying out bioinformatics analysis from the Open Bioinformatics Foundation. Biopipe is a collection of Perl modules for constructing workflows from BioPerl applications. Much of the code and ideas are borrowed from the Ensembl [ensembl] pipeline project.
