1 Concrete Workflow Generator CWG performs a mapping from an abstract workflow to a concrete workflow, both represented as a Directed Acyclic Graph ([DAG]), taking into account the previous calculation of intermediate data products, and inserting data movement and data publishing operations, where appropriate. The CWG first reduces the abstract workflow, by looking wether parts of the required output data-set already exists using the replica location service [RLS].
