Changes of BioPipe from #4 to #5

1: BioPipe is one of a series of related packages for carrying out bioinformatics analysis from the Open Bioinformatics Foundation. Biopipe is a collection of [Perl] modules for constructing workflows from BioPerl applications. Much of the code and ideas are borrowed from the Ensembl \[ensembl\] pipeline project.
